Registration and Cancellation Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the DGM-Inventum GmbH and the data protection regulation of the DGM-Inventum GmbH as well as the following sepaate registration and cancellation conditions for the event apply.
 

Conditions of registration

By registering, authors and participants agree to their publication in the online list of participants.
 

Participation fees

The participation fee includes (unless otherwise stated):

  • Full access to the 21st International Symposium on Laser Precision Microfabrication
  • Access to the poster exhibition of the LPM 2020
  • Coffee, tee and water during the breaks
  • Access to the Banquet dinner*

*Please note that participation in the Conference Dinner is not included in the student ticket and the One day ticket. The Conference Dinner must be booked separately in this ticket category. For the student ticket the Conference Dinner can be booked directly with the booking of your participation in the LPM2020, but can also be booked afterwards. If you are One day participant and want to participate to Conference Dinner, we please ask you to get in contact with us.

For Presenting Authors

With the submission of an contribution and the receipt acknowledgement by the Symposium Office, speakers will be pre-registered for the Symposium. The submission deadline for contributions is the 31. January 2020.

After the submission deadline for contributions (31. January 2020), contributions will be evaluated and confirmed by February 2020.

The author will receive an email confirming the acceptance of his/her contribution and containing a link to directly book his/her ticket to LPM 2020. We ask the author to book the ticket within the given time in the e-mail (at least two weeks) and thus to confirm the participation. After booking, the author will receive an invoice which must be paid within two weeks.

Please note that the online program will already be activated on the website from this point on. However, only contributions with a paid participation invoice will be listed in the program.

We ask for your understanding that if the author does not book his participation for the symposium within the given period (two weeks at least) or does not pay his invoice in time, the symposium organisers reserve the right to remove the contribution from the programme and replace it with a new contribution.

After booking the symposium ticket the cancellation deadlines for authors are:

  • Cancellation before 15th of March – 50 EUR
  • Cancellation between 15th of March and 1st of May – 50% of the participation fee
  • Cancellation from 1st of May – 100% of participation fee

Delegate substitution by a person who is not already registered may be made at any time.

 

For Participants

After registration, each participant will receive an invoice that must be settled within two weeks. The cancellation deadlines for participants without a contribution are:

  • Cancellation before 1st of April – 50 EUR
  • Cancellation between 1st of April and 1st of June – 50% of the participation fee
  • Cancellation from 1st of June – 100% of participation fee

Delegate substitution by a person who is not already registered may be made at any time.

 

List of Participants

Upon registration authors and delegates agree to be published in the online "List of Participants".
